I'd like to invite everybody to my first art show in Iceland dedicated to one of the greatest sagas - The Egils Saga. I was always fascinated by old nordic tales of heroes and their grand epic and larger than life adventures. The story captivated me from the young age of sixteen and has been with me ever since. What were the odds of me landing in Iceland in this particular place I'll never know. Perhaps it was fate. So since I'm an artist at heart I thought to myself why not paint the key events form this saga as an homage to Egil himself and the kind people of Borgarnes.
